How It Works: Booking & Playing at Tee Time
1. Book Your Session

Choose your preferred date, time, and bay length (hourly or multiple-hour sessions).

Complete your reservation and payment online. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your unique door access code.
2. Arrive & Enter the Facility

Arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time.

Use your access code to unlock the door and enter the facility — no staff or check-in needed.

Your reserved bay will automatically power on and be ready to go when your session starts.
3. Play Your Round

Log into Trackman or play as a guest.

Choose from practice modes, driving range, or a full-course round.

Bring your own clubs and golf balls (clean balls only, please) for the best experience.
4. Wrap Up

Your bay will automatically shut off at the end of your session.
